Who We Are
Mr. Masri an M.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from St. Catherine’s College, Oxford, England. Mr. Masri is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a CPA licensed in New York. His major personal interests are in the ancient history, culture, music and art of the near, middle and far east and foreign languages.
Mr. Masri’s experience in such a wide range of industries in the U.S. and overseas gives his clients the advantage of being able to recognize risks at an early stage and by prudent structure, execution and management avoid many of the risks that would dissipate accumulated wealth before losses are incurred.
In 2011, Mr. Masri worked as a senior accountant at Armao, Costa & Riccardi, CPAs, P.C., a public accounting firm in Garden City, NY. In 2007 to 2010, Mr. Masri worked as an in-charge accountant at Grassi & Co., CPAs, P.C., a public accounting firm in Jericho, NY. And beginning in 2006 – 2007, Mr. Masri worked as an accountant at Castellano, Korenberg & Co., a public accounting firm. Mr. Masri is also the Chief Financial Officer and director of several public shell companies.
Mr. Masri received his B.S. in Public Accounting from Long Island University – C.W. Post Campus in 2006 and a B.S. in Software Engineering from the University of Advancing Technology in 2003. Sasha has completed the requirements for CPA licensure as defined by the Uniform Accountancy Act (UAA). Sasha anticipates being fully licensed by the end of next year.
Mr. Masri has interests in gardening, salt water aquariums and a touch of local politics. Mr. Masri ran for trustee for his first time in 2012, in the Village of Saddle Rock to better the community and create transparency with-in government. Although Sasha was not well known and new to politics he received 25% of the votes and continues to hear from residents about their concerns to bring to the table. Sasha has stated that he has learned a lot from this experience. “It was the best educational experience I’ve had” he said. Mr. Masri continues to attend the Village board meetings to stay on top of current news, proposed legislation and the village’s finances.
